Consent Policy
How we ask for, record, and let you withdraw consent — separately from the Privacy Notice.
Last updated: 16 Sep 2026
Separate consents. Consenting to enrolment is not the same as consenting to marketing. Each is requested and recorded separately, and giving one does not imply the other.
What we ask consent for. (a) holding your enquiry or student file, as described in the Privacy Notice; (b) sending programme or intake updates by email, where you have opted in; (c) any use of coursework or feedback in anonymised form for quality review.
How consent is recorded. Each consent given through this site or in writing is logged with the date, the wording shown to you at the time, and the channel used — so it can be produced on request.
Withdrawing consent. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email, or by writing to admissions. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect an active enrolment.
Minors. We do not knowingly enrol or hold marketing consent for anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian's written consent.
